Welcome to the realization of a dream, Soy Rico was conceived with the intention of creating a luxury experience, from the gemstone-like design of its decanter, the creation of complex yet accessible profiles to the fertile and select areas where the agaves that nourish our bottles grow and fill them with history, flavor and dreams.

Grow & harvest

Gifts from the land
The beginning of any process sets the tone for how great it can be, so we pay special attention to the growing, maintenance and harvesting process of our agaves, making sure that the land where they grow meets the optimal conditions.

Cooking

Mellow journey through fire
Our agave selection is cooked in masonry ovens for at least 79 hours, during the baking, the agaves acquire their characteristic sweetness.

MILLING & FERMENTATION

Patiently evolving
Once cooked, the juices are extracted from the agave heads through mills, the extracted sugars are fermented into alcohol using natural yeast, this can take up to 72 hours.

Distillation

Welcoming the essence of the spirit
The outcome of the fermentation is placed in the stills to begin the double distillation process, it is during the second distillation that the necessary volume of alcohol is obtained.

AGING

Peaceful rest
The tequila is placed to repose in american oak barrels, the taste profile, aromas and color is established by the time it spends in aging, the cellars where the barrels are stored have controlled environments protecting them from external factors.
